The Department of Otorhinolaryngology (ear, nose and throat or ENT) at St George & Bluecross Hospitals provides a full range of medical and surgical services for pediatric and adult patients. Otorhinolaryngology is the branch of medicine that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders.

  • Clinical examination and treatment of infectious diseases of the ear : external (swimmers ear) and middle ear infections, mastoiditis, labyrinthitis, infections of the auricle)
  • Clinical examination and treatment of infectious diseases of the oral cavity, pharynx, hypopharynx, larynx
  • Clinical examination and treatment of infectious diseases of the nasal cavity, sinuses and rhinopharynx (with symptoms as chronic post nasal drip, pain between the eyes, frontal headache, migraine, chronic nasal obstruction, chronic catarrh)
  • Investigation and treatment of lymph nodes enlargement of the neck
  • Diagnosis and Treatment of Snoring and Sleep apnoea
  • Somnoplasty (less invading treatment for snoring)
  • Surgery for removal of nasal polyps
  • Surgery for chronic sinusitis (Fess)
